This domain will be referred to as the “Site.” “Clients” refers to student and parent(s) who purchase Success Story services. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and other information we receive from users of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
You cannot use the Site if you are younger than 16 years old and have not gotten permission to use them from your parents or guardians. If you are using the Site and you are under the age of 16, then you are promising that you have gotten this permission.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, email address, address, payment information, zip codes, and specific demographic information like ethnicity, age, and job (“Personal Information”). We are the sole owners of the information collected on these Site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, via Google documents, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

In order to obtain a service plan via this Site, a user must first complete the Participation Agreement form. During this process a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our Site in which you have expressed interest and to ensure you can be contacted throughout the service period.
When you schedule Live Coaching sessions, the email you provided will be used to send you notifications regarding your schedule. The Site will collect your name to populate an internal business calendar so that your Live Coaching session is officially scheduled.
USE OF GOOGLE DRIVE
Students and parents will be given access to a Google Drive folder where student work will be stored: essay brainstorming, outline, and drafts. Success Story will maintain a copy of this folder for clients until services end and will not share this information with anyone except the client and permitted family members. Clients should download copies of all student-generated materials at the close of services. Clients should not share Success Story Google Drive access, student work, or Success Story’s proprietary documents with anyone outside permitted family members.
You will be invited to take a pre-service and a post-service survey. Participation in these anonymous surveys is completely voluntary. Information requested may include contact information (such as name), and college information (such as college acceptance information for testimonials). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this Site and business services.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Sites.
